The Coenobita Rugosus
The Coenobita Rugosus' common names are The Christmas Island Hermit
Crab and The Tawny Hermti Crab. They need slat/sea water on a daily basis. The come in a variety of colors including:
white, red, pink, black, tan, yellow, green, blue, orange, and levender. Tawny Hermti Crabs are not as active when they are
taken out compared to the Purple Pincher and the Ecuadorian. They will crawl all over you hand very lathargicly. They will
love to fill their shell up with salt water, and will do it often. So, make sure you keep pleanty of it in their cage! 
Coenobita Compressus
The Coenobita Compressus' common name is the Ecuadorian. They need salt water very day. The colors thay come in are:
white, grey, red, brown, blue, and green. They are the second most common Hermit Crabs in the United States.They run so fast
they might fall right off your hand so NEVER take your eyes off them!

Coenobita Cavipes
The Coenobita Cavipes' common name is the Cav. They come in 3 colors: red, blue, and white.They do need salt water everyday.
Cavs are the most inactive of all the Hermit Crab species. Just like the Coenobita Rugosus, the Cav likes to fill his shell
up with water too! The most striking thing about their appearance is their fire red feeliers.
Coenobita Brevimanus
The Coenobita Brevimanus' common names are the Indonesion or the Indo. They do not need slat water but they do seem to
enjoy it!  The colors they come in are: tan, brown, and light and dark purple. Watch out! Theese crabs tend to be a little on the
crabby side.

Coenobita Clypeatus
The coenobita Clypeatus' common name is the Purple Pincher. They do not need salt water but they do seem to enjoy it!  They come in theese colors: tan, purple, orange, and red. Purple Pinchers are considered to be the most hardy out of
all the Land Hermit Crab species. They can grow to be as big as a softball! They are the most common species in the U.S.

Coenobita Perlatus
The Coenobita Perlatus' common names are The Strawberry Land Hermti Crab ir Straw. They do need saltwater every day.
Their colors range from white/orange to a deep red with spots all over it. They love to fill up thir shells with saltwater
and take it one step further by dumping it out all over their cage! They love to destroy their cage in the middle of the night.
